Diploma in the Therapeutic Application of Clinical Hypnosis

This course builds on the foundations of the Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis and in it you will learn how to apply the skills of clinical hypnosis theory and practice into creating therapeutic protocols for use with clients.

By the end of this course you will be able to work therapeutically with clients helping produce remission from symptoms and create strategies for future development.

This course is suitable for anyone with a basic training in the theory and practice of clinical hypnosis who wishes to take their skills to the next level.

Thinking like a therapist	Creating a therapeutic protocol	Diagnostic spheres of influence
Communication and rapport skills	Non-formal hypnosis techniques	Identifying appropriate treatment plans
Condition based approaches:	habit breaking	anxiety based problems
behavioural approaches	compulsive disorders	dissociative conditions

Examination

Ongoing assessment in tutorials with creation of working portfolio.

Practical examination of skills in which the student will conduct a diagnostic and hypnotherapeutic protocol without a script.

Tutorial support

Tutorials are required as part of this training (in person, by phone or online - £20 per hour session).
