About Hypnova Clinical Hypnosis College

Hypnova Clinical Hypnosis College (HCHC) is a training organisation which developed out of Thames Medical Lectures (TML), a not-for-profit company created by Ursula James that provides clinical hypnosis training to medical schools in the UK.

Whilst TML became extremely successful, Ursula was continually asked by healthcare professionals to provide similar training for them, and by business and industry professionals to provide courses that built on these skills, that would enhance their businesses. HCHC was created in response to these requests, and the various courses are now available to anyone who wishes to enter this fascinating world.

Personal development

Clinical hypnosis is a perfect self-development tool, encompassing a technique which includes relaxation, focus and motivation for personal changes. Self-hypnosis is easy to learn and apply - and once learned is never forgotten.
