About Hypnova

Hypnova is a unique training organisation set up by Ursula James and Denise Tiran.

Ursula James is a Visiting Teaching Fellow at Oxford University Medical School, Honorary lecturer at Bart's and the London Medical School, and author of three books on hypnosis.

Her TV series, Sex, Lies and Hypnosis which used hypnosis in couple therapy aired on Channel 5 in 2007.

Denise Tiran is a midwife, university lecturer in Complementary Medicine and director of Expectancy Limited.

She teaches Hypnova hypnotherapy techniques to midwives at Universities and Colleges throughout the UK.

Sessions are one-to-one, and take place over a three month period. Some women may only need one session - it depends on you. All sessions are tailored to your requirements.
