Hypnova Training is a training organisation that developed out of Thames Medical Lectures (TML), a not-for-profit company created by Ursula James that provides clinical hypnosis training to medical schools in the UK.
Whilst TML became extremely successful, Ursula was continually asked by healthcare professionals to provide similar training for them, and by business and industry professionals to provide courses that built on these skills, that would enhance their businesses. Hypnova Training was created in response to these requests, and the various courses are now available to anyone.

In the therapeutic world hypnotherapy is a non-invasive, rapid and reliable technique which can be used as a supplement, or even as an alternative, to standard medical interventions. It is a valuable tool when the patient’s condition is primarily social or behavioural, or where the use of medication is contra-indicated.
